The Media Foundry has been shortlisted for the 2023 Charity Times Awards, for its work with Human Appeal
The PR team of the Year Award is set to be hotly contested, with other shortlisted organisations including Girlguiding UK, The British Heart Foundation, Refuge, Scouts, and the Stroke Association.
Kat Jackson, head of client services at the Media Foundry, comments on the announcement, “We’ve always been exceptionally proud of the relationship we have with Human Appeal, as well as the results we deliver together month in and month out.
The organisation does such varied and necessary work to be ‘here for every human’ both in the UK and abroad.
In the last year alone, the Human Appeal team were on the ground immediately easing the humanitarian crises in Pakistan following the flood, and the horrific earthquake in Turkey and Syria.
This recognition for our ongoing collaboration and the broad range of tactics we deploy alongside Human Appeal is one of the best accolades we could think of – we are one team, driven to help a dedicated and passionate organisation to help people around the world, often facing the most difficult living circumstances imaginable.
“We wish the other agencies on the shortlist the very best of luck – this is an especially challenging year for charity donations, and PR can be one of the most effective tactics they can deploy to ensure attention for their causes.”
